Cherry Muffins recipe
1 large egg, beaten. (very hard)
3 ½ cups of unbleached flour.(if you know what I mean)
2 cups of milk.
¾ cup of tart cherries, drained (of life).
1/3 cup of vegetable oil.
1/3 cup of chopped pecans.
¼ cup of sugar.(ya baby)
1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
2 teaspoons of almond extract.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Instructions for Cherry Muffins:
In a suitably sized mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and the sugar.
In another bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, almond extract, and vegetable oil; blending thoroughly.
Mix the ingredients together gently.(then harder and harder)
Gently insert in the chopped nuts and drained cherries. (my favorite step)
Spoon the batter into greased muffin ( mmmmm ) tins filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 25 minutes.

I see that the burden of posting the good shit once again falls upon me. I am ready for this challenge and look forward to hosting the wieght upon my sturdy shoulders while i run thru the streets of rome trying to avoid the lash of the 50,000 whips as the reign down upon me !!!
